| We serve not only the residents of Richmond, Berea, and other communities, and also reach out to the students of Eastern Kentucky University and Berea College. If you would like to know more about us or about the Episcopal Church, please continue to explore these pages or better still, come by for a visit.
Our MissionThe Church of Our Saviour as the Body of Christ is called to glorify God as we worship together, learn and grow spiritually, welcome all, and share God's love at every opportunity.
Who we areWe are a community of faith, but you are welcome even if your
faith is lagging. We are a safe place to ask questions. We can't promise we'll have all the answers, but we know someone who does. We are a mission of the Episcopal Diocese of Lexington and work with other churches in the eastern half of Kentucky to fulfill dreams that are beyond any of us alone. We are a part of the Episcopal Church in the U.S.A. and among us you will find opinions that represent most of the beliefs that can be found anywhere in the Episcopal Church. We have just completed a new building, making room for future growth and expansion, both physically and spiritually. We need your help to get there together! We are diverse: young and old, wealthy and poor, male and female. We often don't agree with each other, but we love one another and we raise our united voices in prayer and gather around one table and share the One Bread and One Cup. Whatever your background, whatever your personal beliefs, The Episcopal Church of Our Saviour Welcomes YOU! Most importantly, with Christians throughout the world, we are the Body of Christ, continuing Jesus' work in the world.
