Kosovar Refugees Reunited

The Maliqi family was reunited on November 23 after a two year separation. Sefa and Aishe returned to Kosovo in November 1999 to look after aging parents but had failed to file all the necessary papers before departing. They took Hamdi with them and left a daughter and son behind here in Richmond. Two years of diligent searching and support from parish members finally brought approval for their return.
